• Collaborate as part of the Product Trio (Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Product Designer) to identify and solve complex design challenges informed by user research, analytics, and business insights.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UX/UI solutions, including visuals, icons, and interactions, that delight users and align with our brand.
• Own, maintain, and expand our Figma-based design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product teams.
• Present design concepts effectively, gather feedback from stakeholders, and iterate to ensure alignment with the overall product vision.

• Design tool expert: You’ve mastered tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with creating wireframes, and designing complex web applications.
• A strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user interfaces
• Bonus points if you’re skilled at building interactive prototypes.
• Ideally, you’ve worked on B2B SaaS products or financial tools before.
