Voltia is looking for a savvy Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As our Sales Development Representative, You'll play a pivotal role in qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound activities in order to bring new business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll work closely with our Product Manager and Head of Marketing to ensure our sales efforts are well-coordinated and strategically aligned. Frequent feedback will be provided to help you reach your full potential in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying, qualifying and converting leads into prospects.
- Scheduling product demonstrations and working collaboratively with Account Executives to move prospects through the sales process.
- Researching and analyzing accounts to identify the best approach for securing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer communications and interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously testing, improving, and refining outreach strategies in partnership with our marketing team.
- Generating innovative ideas for new outbound lead generation initiatives.
- Thinking outside the box and staying ahead of the curve.
