The Campaign and Project Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns with a focus on digital channels. This operational role focuses on project management and cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external agencies, and freelancers. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet the quality and strategic objectives of the company.
Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (paid, social, website, email, print) from initial brief to final delivery.
Project Coordination: Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring that all parties are aligned and work is completed according to the campaign objectives.
Agency and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the scheduling and allocation of internal resources to meet project timelines, flagging any potential bottlenecks or resourcing issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables are of high quality, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals and objectives before final approvals.
Timeline Management: Maintain up-to-date project timelines, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are aware of key deadlines and deliverables.
Post-Campaign Review: Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess project performance, identify areas of improvement, and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns.
Required Level of Education:
Secondary school with a diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Required Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with online marketing best practices, key marketing channels, integrated campaigns as well as journeys and funnels.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear expectations.
Ability to proactively identify challenges and risks and develop solutions to keep campaigns on track.
Required Experience and Professional Background:
Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, project management, or a related operational preferably within an agency.
Proven track record of successful, integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Language Proficiency:
Required PC Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Google and Facebook Ads).
