granted under Art. 6 and 7 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ( hereinafter as "Regulation" or "GDPR") and according to Sec. 13 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”, “Act No. 18/2018 Coll.” or the “Personal Data Protection Act”)

DATA SUBJECT IDENTIFICATION DATA

Data subject is each individual that is interested in receiving news through a newsletter.

By checking the appropriate online checkbox as the data subject I voluntarily grant pretlak s. r. o., acting as the data controller, the permission to process my personal data within the scope of: email address.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purpose of processing personal data of a data subject is to send information about the news and special offers (marketing offers) from and by the controller via email (newsletter).

PERIOD FOR PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA

I give the controller my consent to process my personal data within the scope above, for the time period until the withdrawal of my consent. The controller shall, upon the expiry of the above stated period, i.e. after the withdrawal of the consent, ensure without undue delay the disposal of the personal data by deleting and removing it from all data storages. The controller shall ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, shall process personal data solely in accordance with accepted principles of morality and shall act in a manner that does not infringe the Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act or other generally binding legislation.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL BODIES

The controller does not perform such transfer.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data of a data subject may be made available to a web hosting provider for storage and backup of data, as well as to an IT service/maintenance provider (for viewing only).

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

In accordance with Art. 37 of the Regulation, the controller did not designate a data protection officer.

INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

The data subject may withdraw at any time and free of charge this voluntarily made consent to the processing of personal data, either by clicking on the relevant link posted directly in each marketing email received from the controller, or in writing at the address of the controller's registered office; or by sending an email to [email protected]. When processing personal data, the controller does not use any form of automated individual decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Sec. 28 Par. 1 and 4 of the Act. The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide access to his/her personal data and the right to correct or delete it, or restrict its processing, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. Data subject has the right to defend his/her rights through the person in charge (if designated by the controller) or by submitting a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. Office for Personal Data Protection pursuant to Sec. 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
