Náplň práce

  • Conducting e2e business reviews of CX performance for different clients (utility & energy, retail chains, banks) based on deep analysis of CX feedbacks gathered through feedback surveys
  • Designing action plans to reach CX performance targets or sustained improvement
  • CX performance and methodology consulting
  • Calculating impacts and relations between CX performance and business / financial performance
  • Open analysis of customer data with identification and interpretation of relations and correlations
  • Designing CX survey questionnaires based on defined business needs
  • Preparation and presentation of formal readouts to clients

  • University - Master degree
  • Technical or economical field of study
