Conducting e2e business reviews of CX performance for different clients (utility & energy, retail chains, banks) based on deep analysis of CX feedbacks gathered through feedback surveys
Designing action plans to reach CX performance targets or sustained improvement
CX performance and methodology consulting
Calculating impacts and relations between CX performance and business / financial performance
Open analysis of customer data with identification and interpretation of relations and correlations
Designing CX survey questionnaires based on defined business needs
Preparation and presentation of formal readouts to clients
