Náplň práce

Would you like to be a part of Staffino dream Team? We are looking for a Team Lead to lead our junior and mid developers supporting our clients and Project Managers with technical part of App implementation, customisations and integrations development, L3 support and bug fixing (never happens ;D)

As a manager, you will be responsible for:

  • management of a small-sized IT operations team, covering BAU operations / maintenance, bug fixing, customisations and integration development of Staffino platform
  • capacity planning and task prioritization within the team, including time estimates and adherence to deadlines
  • design solutions and provide oversight for development and testing, stepping in as developer in more complex cases
  • professional / technical development of your team members
  • setting up code quality standards and processes to ensure it is reached
  • supporting cooperation and relationship of trust within the team and other departments (primary PM, Support, Customer Success)
  • cooperate with the Product Development team on new features design and prioritization.


Your profile:

  • You have a good understanding of SaaS concept and operations specific
  • Hands-on development experience (at least on mid level) with Node.js, React, Ruby, work with Postgres DB.
  • Experience leading a small to medium sized team, ideally in a Service Desk environment
  • Analytical thinking, clear and direct communication, strong service orientation and willingness to to manage and develop team
  • Real experience with agile development (kanban primary, scrum
  • Be responsible and take ownership of the tasks assigned to your team
  • Preferably: Some experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), CronExperience on implementation projects or IT service Desk
