• Team Management: Lead a small IT operations team focused on BAU (business-as-usual) operations, bug fixing, customizations, and integrations for the Staffino platform.
• Capacity Planning and Task Prioritization: Plan team capacity, prioritize tasks, estimate timeframes, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Solution Design and Oversight: Design solutions and oversee the development and testing process, stepping in as a developer for complex cases.
• Team Development: Mentor and train team members to enhance their professional and technical skills.
• Code Quality Standards: Establish and uphold code quality standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaboration and Trust Building: Foster cooperation and trust within the team and across departments, including Project Management, Support, and Customer Success.
• Product Development Collaboration: Partner with the Product Development team to design and prioritize new features.

• Deep understanding of SaaS operations and experience delivering scalable solutions.
• Hands-on development experience with Node.js, React, Ruby, and Postgres DB (at least mid-level)
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized teams, ideally in a Service Desk environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, ownership, and clear communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and a passion for team development.
• Availability to work on contract.
• Comfortable using English (level B1 or higher)
