We are defining a new way of running games performance, and are the provider of choice for many of the leading games studios. If you play games, you have most likely played our clients games.

We are also leading the world of gaming into one of their logical and exciting developments and helping games transition to a blockchain-centric world, where NFTs and crypto co-exist with proper, interesting and engaging gaming experiences.

The Role

You will focus on developing key social campaigns and initiatives that drive brand and business impact for our partners, ensuring consistency and relevancy across the social channel mix.

This role will provide plenty of variety. You will collaborate with internal teams across creative, growth and game design design to activate campaigns across multiple social platforms. You will also own the day-to-day running of our social media calendar, and explore new opportunities to drive and grow organic traffic.

Požiadavky

  • Capacity to be a project owner end-to-end. Put simply, you should feel ownership over social as though you are a steward of the brand — because you are. In a fast-paced environment you are expected to own problem areas and completely drive projects to completion
  • Passion for writing, and storytelling. We need someone who can write – everything from quick tweets, to creating memes, to dynamically engaging other companies and influencers. Writing can always be better – you should be ready and willing to relentlessly iterate
  • Outstanding project management skills. You should be detail-oriented while also getting the bigger picture. You should take ownership from day one and be collaborative
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset. You should bring enthusiasm and new ideas – each and every day. We want to be innovative and creative in product marketing for blockchain & NFTs. This requires a 0-to-1 mentality, not just copying what others have already done
  • Solid previous experience as Social Media Specialist or on related position
  • Time management and prioritization should be a piece of cake for you
  • English language on active professional level (C1) - you must be comfortable writing in English for international audience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client’s social media channels. You’ll own social media channels, work with the rest of the Growth Marketing Team on content calendar, engage with other brands, influencers, and users
  • Engage users with interesting content and experiences on social media. You’ll work with the Creative Team to create interesting content, memes, and engaging experiences
  • Help maximize the impact of announcements, product launches, game updates and big moments. It takes a village to manage corporate and product communications so you’ll be part of shaping and executing the strategy for big news, content releases, and community engagement
  • Help route user issues to the right customer support forum. Much of our organic customer engagement happens on social media, so you’ll be on the front lines helping users troubleshoot and get the support they need
  • Take initiative and be action-oriented. A global startup in a rapidly-evolving space can be frenetic, energizing, chaotic, ambiguous, and empowering. We need owners who are able to take initiative and be action-oriented.
